
Zoo Tots

Zoo Tots has returned once more!
Come join some furry, feathery, slimy, and fuzzy animal friends in an exciting, hands-on adventure during which we will read books, make crafts, and eat some yummy animal snacks. Classes are about 45 minutes long and are open for two to four year olds with an accompanying adult. Classes will be held at 9:15 a.m., 10:30 a.m., and 2:00 p.m. on Wednesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays.
Regular registration is $16.00 and includes admission to the Zoo for the day. Blank Park Zoo members enjoy a discounted rate of $10.00. Classes are the same during each theme week, so please register for only one class per week. Registration and prepayment is required. Register by calling Miranda at 515-974-2588 or online soon! Classes fill quickly, so register early!

NEW for Fall 2010 Zoo Tots Cooking
This fall will also be the start of our all new Zoo Tots Cooking Classes! Come join us for some exciting cooking lessons right here at the zoo with all of your animal friends. Each week, toddlers (ages 2-4) and an accompanying adult will cook a treat, visit some animals, and participate in fun activities. Classes will be held on Thursdays at 9:15 a.m. and 10:30 a.m. The price of each class is $16.00 for non-members and $10.00 for members.
*Please note both Zoo Tots classes and Cooking classes may include exploration of the zoo, please wear weather appropriate clothing.*
