Adventure Days
This summer's series will take guests on a healthy living adventure around the zoo. Each day will have its own focus on what you can do every day for yourself, for the planet, and for the animals. Guests will enjoy education on conservation and healthy living, and games and crafts specific to each day. Other activities will include enrichment around the zoo, inflatables, and special Adventure Day Trading Cards! Each day you will be able to collect 4 cards, and there will be special prizes for those who collect all 16 at the end of the summer!
Adventure Days will be held every second Saturday, May through August. All activities will take place during Zoo hours.

May 11 – Healthy People
Healthy People Adventure Day will focus on the things children and adults can do to live a healthy lifestyle. Activities will include education on physical fitness, good hygiene and a proper diet.

June 8 – Healthy Planet
Healthy Planet Adventure Day will focus on conservation of the earth! This day will include activities on what we can do to help protect our environments, animals' environments, and all living things. Guests will learn about recycling, water and energy conservation, composting, and much more.

July 13 – Healthy Minds
Healthy Minds Adventure Day will focus on the importance of keeping a healthy mind! Activities will include mind teasers, games, solving puzzles, yoga, and other rest and relaxation techniques.
August 10 – Healthy Animals
Healthy Animals Adventure Day will be all about enrichment, enrichment, enrichment! This day will educate our guests on all things we do to keep the animals of the Blank Park Zoo healthy! Other activities will include making enrichment items for the animals, as well as what you can do to keep your own pets healthy.
Adventure Days are free with regular zoo admission and free for zoo members.
