What inspired you to create your garden?
I grew up on a farm and have loved gardening as long as I can remember. I was a member of Pottawattamie County 4-H for 6 years. I am a Johnson County Master Gardener and I love to garden. I was active in last year's butterfly garden at the Johnson County Fair and will do so again this year. My garden is my haven. I am also active in Iowa City's Project Green. I am a member of the 4 Season's Garden Club of Iowa City. I love helping others learn about gardening. I enjoy flower, vegetable, container, trees and shrub gardening. I love to watch the birds, bees, and butterflies in my garden.
