Meru gave birth to a 32 pound seal pup on August 20.
It's a girl! She is spending quality time with mom right now. She will soon meet her father, Ross, brother Monty, and the sea lions.
She needs a name. Until September 12, you can help name her by donating to the non-profit Blank Park Zoo. $50 for one name suggestion, $100 for three. One or two syllable words, please!
