Bumble Bee Field Day

FREE EVENT appropriate for ages 12 and up! Please register by July 26th to help us plan!

If you are looking for a hands-on way to impact science and the environment, join us for citizen research on the endangered Rusty Patch Bumblebee. This is an opportunity to learn how you can help conserve an endangered species in your own backyard!

Start off inside learning to identify the Rusty Patch, then head out into the field to do real time research and survey!

Prep for your fieldwork by wearing long pants, boots, a hat, and bringing a camera, sunscreen, water bottle, and bug spray.
