Blank Park Zoo has been straw free for many years! Join us in the effort to reduce the number of straws that enter the environment by refusing to use plastic straws and saying “no thanks” to straws altogether, or by using straws made of alternative materials.

Single-use plastics, such as straws, are among the most common items polluting our waterways and other natural areas. These items cause harm to wildlife like birds, fish, and turtles.
