Enjoy a world of books with Ruby the Reading Red Panda! Ruby is a puppet red panda who loves to read. Each month we will read a story and meet a special live ambassador animal from the Zoo’s Ambassador Animal Department. 2025, Ruby will learn about wild and domestic animals in ‘What Makes a Pet?’
Engage with us at home! Sign up for one of Ruby’s book clubs to receive a monthly e-newsletter full of animal information and activities. Club members also receive a birthday card from Ruby on your birthday. Registration is free.
