Grades K-2: 30-60 minute programs designed for up to 30 participants

  • Amazing Adaptations - Discover what animals need to do to survive in their natural habitats and how their adaptations help them along the way.
  • Habitat Heroes – How can we take action for wildlife? Let’s explore different habitats and learn about the endangered animals that live there. Discover how small actions can make big impacts on the wild.
  • Movin’ & Groovin’ - Children will discover why animals move in so many different ways.
  • Storytime with Ruby the Reading Red Panda - Ruby is a plush red panda who loves to read. During this program, we will read a book and meet an animal friend.

Grades 3-5: 30-60 minute programs designed for up to 30 participants

  • Amazing Adaptations - Discover what animals need to do to survive in their natural habitats and how their adaptations help them along the way.

  • Habitat Heroes – How can we take action for wildlife? Let’s explore different habitats and learn about the endangered animals that live there. Discover how small actions can make big impacts on the wild.
  • Endangered Species - Take a closer look at these rare animals. Come explore some ways that we can take action to fix the problems in our environment.
  • Zoo Careers - Explore the variety of careers at a zoo. Discover why every job is important, how they all work together to help save wildlife and how students can start their own journey towards a career with animals.

Grades 9-12: 30-60 minute programs designed for up to 30 participants

  • Why Zoos Exist – Learn the story of Blank Park Zoo, the Association of Zoos and Aquariums, and how we collectively save species from extinction.  Discover coral saving projects in Florida, Blanding’s turtle reintroductions in our own backyard, and the creation of pollinator habitat.  Walk away knowing that your visit to the Zoo helps save ecosystems across the world.
