Help us celebrate World Oceans Day on June 8th at 2:00 pm in the Discovery Center for a special, members-only showing of the latest installment of our Hope for the Wild series, Coral! Take a deep dive into the critical role these organisms play in the oceanic ecosystem, the current threats they face, and what Blank Park Zoo is doing to make an impact on this keystone species. After the showing, you will hear from an expert panel of the zoo's coral care team, educators, and conservationists on the work being done, as well as have a chance to ask questions. Each ticket includes admission, snacks (popcorn and candy), drinks, and a special take-home item. All proceeds from this event go directly towards saving coral in the wild!
