Ruby's Spring Kickoff

Join Ruby and the animals at Blank Park Zoo as we welcome spring! Come meet Ruby and Wanda and enjoy a day of keeper chats, storytimes and activities that demonstrate how you can enrich your life by exploring the world through reading and outdoor adventures.

Keeper Chats

• 10:15 a.m. Penguins
• 10:45 a.m. Aquatics
• 11:45 a.m. Keeper Chat at Critter Corner
• 12:30 p.m. Red panda
• 1:15 p.m. Aldabra tortoise
• 1:45 p.m. Black rhino

Meet Ruby & Wanda in the Holmes Foster Event Center:

• 10:15-10:45 a.m.
• 11:15-11:45 a.m. - Storytime at 11:15 a.m.
• 12:00-12:30 p.m.
• 1:00-1:30 p.m.
• 1:45-2:15 p.m.

Animal feeding experiences*:

• 10:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. - feed the goats at Kids’ Kingdom
  • $2 per cup
• 11:00 a.m. & 1:00 p.m. - feed the giraffe in the Blumenthal Giraffe Pavilion
  • $2 - 1 treat
  • $5 - 3 treats
