How will you control capacity if you do not require a timed-ticket?

We will only allow a certain number of people into the Zoo at a time. If we reach that number, we will then form a queue line and members and advance ticket holders will have priority to access the Zoo as guests leave. If you wish to avoid peak times, we suggest attending the Zoo after 2 p.m. on a weekday.
